Some machines are added to a fleet because they are needed, others change the type of work you can support.

The Magni RTH 6.31 rotating telehandler sits firmly in the second camp, and Scott’s Hire is proud to be investing in three of them.

This is a serious step forward for the business. It gives our customers access to a machine that brings together lift capacity, height, reach and rotation in one very capable package.

Why the Magni RTH 6.31?

The RTH 6.31 offers a 6 tonne maximum lift capacity, 30.8 m maximum lift height and 26.9 m maximum reach. Add in 360 degree continuous rotation and you have a machine that can work in ways a standard telehandler simply cannot.

It is designed for construction and industrial sites where positioning matters. Tight access, awkward lifting points, changing site layouts and higher reach requirements are all part of modern site work. This machine gives contractors another option when the job needs more control.

A visit to Magni head office

Before making this investment, the Scott’s team visited Magni’s head office to see the machines before they go out on there first hire. When you are putting this level of equipment into the fleet, you need to understand the machine beyond the brochure. You need to see the build quality, the cab, the controls, the attachment system and the level of support behind it.

The RTH 6.31 impressed for the right reasons. It is a serious bit of kit, but it is also practical. The cab visibility, touch screen system, live load information and attachment recognition all support safer, more controlled work on site.

Opening new doors

This investment is not just about adding three more machines, It is about opening new conversations with customers and sectors where Scott’s Hire can add real value.

For years, Scott’s has built its reputation on modern fleet, strong service and the ability to react quickly when customers need support. The Magni RTH 6.31 adds another layer to that offer.

It gives our team something new to take to market. It gives our customers another option. And it gives Scott’s a stronger position in specialist lifting support.

Built for specialist work

The big benefit is versatility.

With the correct attachment, the RTH 6.31 can work with forks, jibs, hooks, winches and platforms. That opens the door to a wide range of tasks across steelwork, cladding, roofing, utilities, water treatment, industrial maintenance and larger building projects.

For customers, it means one machine can support different stages of a job, providing the lift plan, operator training and site conditions are right.
