As we reflect on the past year, we are proud to present this annual report, which celebrates everyone’s dedicated efforts.

2025 has been one of the most significant years in Scott’s history, we grew our fleet, grew our team and invested into new depots.

Depot Expansion

This year marked the start of the new Sandbach depot development.

A major project that will deliver:

  • 7,500 square feet of combined office and workshop space
  • A new office designed for 40 team members
  • Two state of the art workshops supporting faster PDI and engineering turnarounds

This upgrade strengthens the operational heart of the business and prepares Scott’s for long term growth.

Fleet Growth

2025 saw a major step forward in fleet capability with Scott’s adding:

188 new machines to the fleet in 2025

representing a total investment of

£8.6 million in new equipment

These additions included excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers, welfare vans, welfare cabins, specialist vehicles.

This reinvestment ensures Scott’s continues to deliver modern, reliable equipment across all regions.


Southern Depot Opening Q1

A major milestone for the business.

The new Southern Depot will open in Q1, extending Scott’s reach into the North London perimeter and the wider South East.

This expansion brings Scott’s service model to new regions, keeping the same. dependable service our customers expect.

A stronger hire desk

Julie and Tori joining the hire desk brings added experience and consistency, that means quicker call handling, faster bookings, and tighter coordination with the yard and transport teams. A well resourced hire desk is often unseen, but it is critical to keeping projects moving.

Sales working as one

Liam joining as Sales Manager strengthens how we build long term partnerships with customers, not just individual hires. His role focuses on understanding how businesses operate, where Scott’s can add value, and how we support them over the life of a project.

Solar and Hybrid Welfare Scott’s continued its leadership in welfare innovation with:

  • 200% increase in Deep Green Ultra welfare units
  • 100% of welfare cabins now solar hybrid or Deep Green Ultra

  • 100% of welfare vans solar hybrid except customer specific builds
  • 8 new electric eco hybrid welfare vans added this year

These investments reduce emissions, cut generator usage and create cleaner, quieter and more efficient sites for our customers.

Smarter Fleet management

Telematics continued to transform the way our fleet operates by:

Cutting CO2 emissions through fewer wasted journeys.

Reducing breakdown time with live alerts

Allowing faster deployment of engineers, Improving visibility of machine performance.

Safety Improvements Across the Fleet

Scott’s strengthened its safety systems with:

  • 360 Safety Shield – Provides all-round visibility and audible alerts around machines, helping operators and site teams identify people and hazards in blind spots.
  • X Watch XW4 Series – Monitors height, slew and load parameters to prevent over-reach and working beyond safe limits, supporting safer lifting and operation in restricted areas.
  • Remote Control Systems on selected equipment- Allow machines to be operated from a safe distance, reducing operator exposure in high-risk environments and confined spaces.

These upgrades support safer operations across all sectors including civils, utilities and long term


Whats Next For 2026?

2026 marks the next chapter for Scott’s. New depots, continued fleet investment and smarter technology will strengthen the service we deliver every day.

Growth will be driven by the same values that built the business: reliability, people and pride in doing things properly.
