MOVAX

MOVAX side grip piling hammer complete package 

MOVAX side grip vibratory hammer, Komatsu 30 ton excavator, delivered with industry best operator and a dedicated team of banksmen. This is a self contained piling unit for sheet, tube and king post work for increased productivity on site.

What’s included:
  • Machine and tooling: 30 ton Komatsu, MOVAX side grip vibrating pilling hammer, quick hitch, approved lifting accessories.
  • People: operator plus banksmen for safe movements and exclusion zones
  • Paperwork: RAMS, lift plan, PUWER and LOLER current, pre start checks logged
  • On site: set up, test drive, live radio comms between cab and banksmen.
  • Outputs: install and extract sheet and tube, king post frames, temporary works support
  • Add ons: pile croppers for CFA and trench walls, welding support via partners
Ideal for: Water and waste compounds, flood defence, cofferdams, rail access sites, highway retaining works and anywhere with restricted access.

Safety and compliance

CPCS or NPORS operators, experienced banksmen, SSSTS where required. LOLER certificates current. Daily and weekly inspections recorded. RAMS and lift plan reviewed with your team on arrival. Alignment with CDM, client systems and water industry permits as standard.
